Ice fishing is a very popular activity in the Arctic, and it’s a great way to try your fishing luck. If the fish bites your heart rate increases and it’s exciting to see what’s on the hook. It’s a perfect family activity!
Equipped with an ice drill, fishing rods and lures, we go out on a frozen lake that contain trout. We will drill holes to drop our lines in, and use methods perfected through generations for the best result.
When the fish bites, you won’t have to worry about keeping it fresh as it can become a part of your lunch already the same day. Warm drinks and food around a campfire creates a true “wilderness feeling” of this trip. We will supply all necessary equipment, including thermal suits and boots.
As we say in Norway, we wish you “skitt fishing”.
